Opening the Movie Week celebrating the 73rd Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day

(LSO) – On the evening of 24 July, 2020, at Dong Kinh Cinema, Lang Son Film Distribution and Cinema Center held the opening of the Movie Week celebrating the 73rd Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day  (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2020).

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of departments, commissions, sectors, armed forces and numerous people in the province.

The Movie Week celebrating the 73rd Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day takes place from July 24 to July 30, 2020 at Dong Kinh Cinema and mobile cinema teams open simultaneously in 10 districts in the province.

During the Movie Week, people are able to see many feature films and documentaries such as Dong Loc T-junction, 17 parallel – day and night; The smell of burnt grass, Living with history, The peaceful depth and so on.

This is to educate patriotism and the principle of “When you drink water, think of the source”, and at the same time express deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who have contributed to the revolution in the liberation career of the country.

At the opening ceremony, the audience was able to watch the documentary film, “Youth Volunteers Legend”. The film depicted the young volunteers who fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the country, established many miracles and became legends.
