Announcement of the commendation decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee for 3 authors who won the National Literature and Arts Prize in 2021

– On April 4, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association held a ceremony to announce the awarding decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee for the three authors who won the National Literature and Arts Prize in 2021.

Attending the announcement ceremony were Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee, First Vice Chairman of Provincial Council for Emulation – Commendation; the leader of the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Department; Board of Emulation – Commendation of the province.

In 2021, writer Vy Thi Kim Binh’s collection of stories – main manuscript – autobiography “My heart has the rose of dawn” won the Consolation Prize of the National Ethnic Minority Literature and Arts Award; the work “Village Festival”, category of 5 photos by photographer Dam Son won the C Prize of the Vietnam Ethnic Minority Literature and Arts Award; The work “Son and daughter in my village”, music by Nguyen Van Tan – lyrics of Loc Bich Kiem won the C Prize of the Vietnam Ethnic Minority Literature Award.

Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to 3 authors who won the National Literature and Arts Prize in 2021.

Recognizing the results of the 3 authors, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee decided to give unexpected rewards to the authors who won the National Literature and Arts Prize in 2021.

At the announcement ceremony, under the authorization of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, the First Vice Chairman of the Provincial Emulation – Commendation Council awarded certificates of merit and bonuses from the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to 3 authors has won the National Literature and Arts Prize in 2021.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee praised the results achieved by the authors.

He said that the results of the three authors will be an encouragement for other members of the Literature and Arts Association to have more contributions, more works and more awards in the coming time.
