Delegates of the Provincial People’s Council, the People’s Council of Lang Son city meet with voters in Vinh Trai ward

On August 3, delegates of the Provincial People’s Council elected in Lang Son city and delegates of the People’s Council of Lang Son city met voters in block 3, Vinh Trai ward after the regular meeting in mid-2022.

Attending the meeting with voters were Mr. Nguyen Cong Truong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Council of Lang Son city, member of the Provincial People’s Council; delegates of the Provincial People’s Council were elected in Lang Son city and members of the City People’s Council were elected in the ward.

At the meeting, the delegation of the Provincial People’s Council and Lang Son city informed voters of the results of the regular mid-2022 meeting of the Provincial People’s Council and the City People’s Council; results of the settlement of voters’ recommendations at the previous meetings of the Provincial People’s Committee and the City People’s Committee.

At the meeting, voters raised a number of opinions and recommendations related to issues: preserving urban order, urban civilization; traffic flow during rush hour, avoid congestion at school gates in the area; installing warning signs in locations frequently flooded; specifically consider the planning of Chu Van An route;…

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Chairman of the City People’s Council informed more clearly about the general socio-economic development situation of Lang Son city in the future; commercial activities, tourism, post-pandemic services; investment projects on the city table such as Phai Loan lake project, Ky Cung riverside park, night economy development, planning of markets and urban areas; the problem of expanding the administrative boundary of Lang Son city. He also answered and clarified a number of opinions and recommendations of voters under his authority, and affirmed that the opinions and recommendations will be synthesized by the delegation of the Provincial People’s Council and the City People’s Council and sent to the related agencies for consideration and settlement.
