Provincial leaders attend the opening ceremony of the 2022-2023 school year

On the morning of September 5, 2022, together with millions of students and teachers nationwide, over 200,000 pupils and students and more than 20,500 officials, teachers and staff of the provincial education sector excitedly entered the new 2022 – 2023 school year. The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial National Assembly Delegation; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, commissions and sectors of the province attended the opening ceremony of the new school year at a number of schools in the province.

 In the 2021-2022 school year, the Provincial Ethnic Minority Boarding High School has implemented synchronously and comprehensively all aspects of education. In particular, the school is focusing on improving the quality of teaching English for students through the program “Students give English presentations on topics” at every Monday morning flag-raising hour, associated with legal education propaganda, political events, and commemoration of important holidays of the province and the country. Thereby, the educational quality of the school has been improved. Last school year, the school had 97% of students with excellent and good academic performance; 100% high school graduation rate of students.

In the 2022 – 2023 school year , the school has more than 600 students and teachers, of which 180 students enter grade 10. With the motto “All for the children of ethnic minorities”, in this new school year, the school has set a key task of building, spreading “Happy School” towards the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the school (1973 – 2023).

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee praised the school’s achievements in the past school year.

Mr. Secretary suggested: In the school year of 2022 – 2023, the school continues to perform well the emulation movement “Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning”; emulate “Building a happy school” to create a healthy pedagogical environment; promote the role of political nucleus of the Party cell, party members and mass organizations in the school, creating new changes in all educational activities; proactively develop and implement a flexible and effective new school year plan, build a team of teachers with solid political qualities, professional qualifications, constantly improve teaching and learning methods in the direction of stimulating creative thinking, self-study ability, self-training of students in activities, meeting well the requirements of reforming the general education program.

Also on September 5, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, Provincial People’s Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of departments, commissions and sectors attended the opening ceremony at a number of schools in the local area.
