The provincial National Assembly delegation worked with the Provincial People’s Committee and related agencies and units before the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly

On the morning of October 11, the delegation of the Provincial National Assembly led by Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation to work with the Provincial People’s Committee and relevant agencies and units before the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Mr. Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee raised suggestions and recommendations to the National Assembly and the Government at the meeting with the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly.

Joining the delegation were Mrs. Doan Thi Hau, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

Working with the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly, on the side of the Provincial People’s Committee were Mr. Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of departments and sectors of the province.

At the meeting, the delegates listened to the provincial National Assembly deputies’ information on the contents and agenda of the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly, and some opinions and recommendations of voters on issues falling under the jurisdiction of the locality. Accordingly, voters’ recommendations focused mainly on the following contents: investment and upgrading of inter-village roads, the system of bridges and culverts; merging villages that are suitable in terms of geographical position, economy – society, culture…

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and leaders of departments and sectors also clarified a number of issues of concern to the Delegation of National Assembly, such as status of medical staff, teachers leaving; procurement of drugs, financial autonomy in medical facilities, payment of benefits for medical staff participating in the prevention of COVID-19; procurement of equipment of the education sector; difficulties and obstacles in the field of land; proposals and recommendations to the National Assembly, the Government and competent agencies on solutions to continue to improve mechanisms, policies and laws in the coming time. Especially the issue related to 7 draft laws submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval at the 4th session and 7 draft laws submitted to the National Assembly for comments. At the same time, the delegates exchanged and evaluated the explanations of ministries and sectors for the recommendations of local voters before and after the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly.

Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly delivered a speech concluding the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation proposed: Provincial People’s Committee, departments and sectors continue to implement synchronously and drastically solutions, effectively implementing socio-economic development targets in 2022 in the province. At the same time, Provincial People’s Committee, departments and sectors continue to capture and promptly settle complaints and denunciations; promptly solve problems and difficults.

He emphasized: Through the working session, the Provincial People’s Committee, departments and sectors stated and clarified the achieved results. Regarding the amendment of the Land Law, it is recommended that the Provincial People’s Committee and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment continue to make a clear assessment report, stating the difficulties and problems that need to be removed. Regarding the overall socio-economic development in 2023, it is suggested that the Provincial People’s Committee, departments and sectors continue to propose specific development policies for border and mountainous areas, suitable to the province.

With regard to the recommendations and proposals of the Provincial People’s Committee, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies will synthesize and send reports to the National Assembly, the Government and central agencies for consideration and settlement in order to improve the mechanisms, policies and laws in the coming next time.
