Lang Son: The female director of a cooperative wins the second prize of the contest “The women master” on VTV3 channel

Overcoming more than 500 contestants, Ms. Hoang Bich Ngoc (Born in 1989), Tay ethnic, Director of Women’s Agriculture and Forestry Cooperative in Na Pai village, Tan Van commune, Binh Gia district won the second prize of the contest “The women master” which was broadcast on VTV3.

“The women master” is a project jointly produced by VTV (Vietnam Television) and Sunlight to develop the initiative “Vietnamese women do business” with the goal of inspiring million Vietnamese women. This is the first reality TV show about digital marketing skills for women. Ms. Hoang Bich Ngoc is the only representative of Lang Son province showing up in the recording round.

After 3 parts including building videos that attract target customers, building videos that convert and managing risks when doing online business, Ms. Ngoc has become one of the two best contestants selected to the final.

Most recently, in the final round (episode 5, aired on August 24) with the final challenge which was a livestream to demonstrate the ability to promote products, to invite the audience to shop online, Ms. Ngoc won the second prize with a total score of 72.75.
