Lang Son participates in promoting agricultural specialties at the International Agricultural Exhibition

From September 14 to 17, 2023, at the Economic and Trade Fair Area (No. 489 Hoang Quoc Viet, Hanoi City),  The Agricultural Trade Promotion Center (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) coordinated with relevant agencies to organize the 23rd International Agricultural Exhibition – 2023 AgroViet.

Attending the fair were 100 units from inside and outside the country displaying products in 200 booths. In particular, international business booth come from China, Korea, Australia, Russia; The domestic booth has 45 provinces and cities participating, including the booth of Lang Son province.

The fair displays and introduces many diverse items with many agricultural products, OCOP products, high-value processed products and typical specialties of localities.

Attending the fair, businesses, cooperatives, cooperative groups, and business households in Lang Son province displayed and promoted their products at 2 booths and 1 food court with provincial specialty products such as: black jelly, custard apple, fish mint tea, roasted duck, seedless persimmon…

AgroViet International Agricultural Exhibition is an important annual trade promotion event of the Agriculture and Rural Development sector.

Following the results of previous year’s fairs, the 2023 AgroViet is organized to promote and expand international economic exchange cooperation, promote brands, products, trades and to honor agricultural, forestry, fishery products, OCOP products, and agricultural specialties of localities throughout the country; The fair is an opportunity for businesses and cooperatives to consolidate and exploit domestic and export markets.

Through the fair, it is an opportunity for Lang Son province to introduce its potential and seek investors in the agricultural and rural sector of Lang Son; it also an opportunity  to introduce and promote typical agricultural and forestry products and OCOP products in Lang Son province to reach consumer markets and inform about scientific and technological advances to improve product quality and increase competitiveness and attract investment in the agricultural sector; to connect and seek cooperation opportunities for organizations and individuals producing agricultural and forestry goods in the province with domestic and international businesses and customers.
