Lang Son: A group was honored in the program “Ho Chi Minh – Jouney of Aspiration 2023”

On the evening of November 2, in Ha Noi, the Central Propaganda and Education Commission coordinated with Viet Nam Televison to organize the program “Ho Chi Minh – Jouney of Aspiration 2023” with the theme of faith and aspiration. Lang Son province has a group honored on this occasion.

It is known that the program “Ho Chi Minh – Journey of Aspiration 2023” honored and praised 67 typical units and individuals representing good models and creative ways of studying and  following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style that have brought practical results in all fields.

Ba Son Border Guard Station of Lang Son Provincial Border Guard Command was honored at the program with the model “Vietnamese border bamboo thicket”. Ba Son Border Guard Station is in charge of 3 communes including Cao Lau, Mau Son, and Xuat Le (Cao Loc district). It manages and protects a 41.2 km long border section and 57 national boundary markers. The terrain of the border area managed by the station is mainly high mountains with vacant hill along the borderline… Therefore, in 2022, the station came up with an idea and piloted the implementation of the “Vietnamese border bamboo thicket” model. The implementation of this model not only creates a green belt on the border but also raises awareness and responsibility of people living in the border area to actively cooperate with border guards in firmly protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security in the new situation.

The program “Ho Chi Minh – Journey of Aspiration” is an annual exchange program, aiming to honor typical groups and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style. Thereby, the program continues to widely spread core contents, to affirm the value and significance of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in the current revolutionary cause. It creates pervasive power, contributing to consolidating and fostering the trust of officials, party members and the people in the goals and revolutionary path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho. This is the 5th year the Program “Ho Chi Minh – Journey of Aspiration” has been held.
