Signing a cooperation agreement to invest in commercial and service projects at Tan Thanh Border Gate with a total value of more than 350 million USD

On the afternoon of January 26, in Lang Son city, Thang Long Investment Joint Stock Company (Vietnam) and Lirui Group (China) held a signing ceremony for a BCC business cooperation contract for investment projects at Tan Thanh Border Gate. Attending the signing ceremony were leaders of departments, sectors and commissions of the province; leaders of Van Lang District People’s Committee and Provincial Business Association.

In order to promote the construction of trade, tourism and service development projects in the Tan Thanh Border Gate area, Thang Long Investment Joint Stock Company (Lang Son, Vietnam) carries out a business cooperation contract with Lirui Group – a famous Chinese corporation with many successful experiences in developing border gate economic zones to jointly invest in construction of trade, tourism, and service development projects at Tan Thanh Border Gate. The total investment cooperation capital for construction projects of the two businesses is over 350 million USD.

The implementation of the business cooperation contract for investment projects at Tan Thanh Border Gate will contribute to the formation of construction complexes in trade, tourism, finance and banking…, thereby meeting the needs of import and export of goods of businesses, while also attracting tourists to the Tan Thanh border gate area in a gradually modern direction based on reasonable zoning planning, harmonious combination between trade and tourism development. From there, it contributes to developing Tan Thanh border gate (Lang Son, Vietnam) into a modern smart border gate, a center focusing on distributing agricultural products, mechanical and electrical products… between Vietnam and China.

The signing of a business cooperation contract between two businesses demonstrates the trust of Chinese businesses in Vietnam’s economic environment in general and the business environment of Lang Son province in particular.
