Lang Son has 2 short films that won awards at the National film festival on Traffic safety

On the evening of January 14, in Hanoi, the Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee coordinated with the Center for Digital Content Development and Production (Vietnam Television) and Toyota motor Vietnam company to organize the Awarding ceremony of the 13th National film festival on Traffic safety in 2023 with the theme “Respecting the laws to build a safe traffic culture”.

In 2023, the National film festival on traffic safety had 321 entries. At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 22 outstanding works. Lang Son province had 2 entries for the contest. As a result, the short film: ” Dung de con say lam chu cuoc doi ban” (Don’t let drunkenness control your life) by author Vu Trung Kien, Dong Kinh ward, Lang Son city, excellently won Second prize at the festival; The short film “Mo hinh nho hieu qua lon” (Small model with big results) by the group of author: Ha Nguyet My, Hoang Van Tho, Division of Party and Political Work, Provincial Public Security won the Consolation Prize. Along with that, both works won the award for most popular works.

The 2023 National film festival on Traffic safety is held every 2 years to praise and honor authors and works that have value in terms of content, form, and positive impact and spread on society in ensuring traffic order and safety. At the same time, the festival widely propagate to all classes of people about the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies on ensuring traffic order and safety, thereby raising the understanding and awareness of the people, especially drivers to voluntarily comply with traffic safety laws and form cultural habits of behavior when participating in traffic.
