Announcement of results of evaluation and classification of 8 OCOP products

On the afternoon of December 7, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development  held a conference to announce the results of evaluation and classification of OCOP products (one commune one product program) and issued the OCOP product certificate in Lang Son province for the second time in 2022.

Leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development awarded certificates to the subjects who achieved 3-star and 4-star OCOP products

Attending the conference were members of the provincial OCOP product evaluation and classification council, representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in a number of districts and city and subjects with products certified for OCOP products.

In the second phase of 2022, there are 8 products from 5 districts (Chi Lang, Huu Lung, Cao Loc, Loc Binh, Van Lang) submitted for evaluation and classification. In which, there is 1 product (Chi Lang custard apple, Chi Lang district) upgraded from 3 stars to 4 stars and 7 new products.

As a result, there are 8 products with 3 to 4 stars at the provincial level. In which, the product of Chi Lang custard apple (Chi Lang district) was upgraded to a 4-star OCOP product; 7 products with 3 stars including: Hong Ly violet chung cake, Chi Lang custard apple (Huu Lung district), Le Chi sweet gourd vermicelli, honey (Van Lang district), fresh chestnuts, Nguyen Xinh roasted duck (Cao Loc district), Tran Sinh kiu nyuk  (Loc Binh district).

Currently, the total number of OCOP products at the provincial level are 94 products (of which 73 products are 3-star and 21 are 4-star).

At the conference, leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development presented certificates to representatives of 8 OCOP product owners. OCOP product certificates are valid for 36 months.
