Nearly 4,200 trucks carrying import and export goods cleared through border gates during the 5 days of public holiday

According to the statistics of the Management Board of Dong Dang – Lang Son Economic Zone, during the 5 days of the Death Anniversary of the Hùng Kings, April 30 and May 1 holiday, there were nearly 4,200 trucks carrying import and export goods throughborder gates of Lang Son province. Of which, there are 2,195 export trucks and more than 2,000 imported vehicles.

In particular, the number of trucks carrying fresh fruit for export through provincial border gates (mainly through Tan Thanh Border Gate and Huu Nghi International Border Gate) during the five-day public holiday (as of noon on May 3) was more than 1,900 trucks.

Although it is a holiday, the state management agency and forces at the border gate of Lang Son province have carried out customs clearance procedures for businesses during the holidays in accordance with regulations.

Thereby, the number of vehicles cleared during the day did not decrease compared to the time before the holiday. Specifically, customs clearance through Huu Nghi International Border Gate is about 700 vehicles/day on average; Tan Thanh border gate about 300 vehicles/day; Chi Ma border gate is 55 vehicles/day.

It is known that the number of vehicles in parking lots in the border gate area of ​​the province during the holidays has decreased sharply, as of the evening of May 2, there were only 502 vehicles in stock for the day at the border gate (a decrease of more than 300 vehicles compared to April 29). In order to continue to create favorable conditions for vehicles to pass through the border gate as quickly as possible, the forces at the border gate have been organizing and implementing reasonable measures to promote goods clearance.
