The Provincial Party Executive Commission held the meeting on personnel preparations

(LSO) – In the morning of August 12th, Lang Son Provincial Party’s Executive Committee successfully held a meeting on personnel preparations for the Provincial Party Committee’s key positions chaired by Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party’s Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Mr. Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and representatives of the Locality Department of the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Inspection Committee and Central Internal Affairs Committee.

The working programme focused on the following key points: introducing the list of nominations for members of the 13th Party Central Committee (both official and alternative), introducing the elected-candidates for positions in the Executive Commission, the Standing Committee, and for the position of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025 (step 2).
Speaking at the conference, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the provincial personnel work was done in line with the Party’s regulations on the standards of personnel qualification and quality in order to ensure the democracy and subjectivity.

During the meeting, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also request the delegates to participate in the discussion and assessment on the candidacy and nomination reports subjunctively and fairly based on the conditions and standards as prescribed by the Party Central Committee.
Accordingly, the Party Central Committee approved the personnel nomination list of 3 candidates for the Party Central Committee, of which one candidate was re-elected as official one, two candidates were nominated as alternative candidates for the first time.
The proposed personnel list for key positions of the Provincial Party’s Executive Party was voted with secret ballots by delegates attending the seminar.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the Organization Committee of the Seminar announced the approval decisions of the Secretariat Commission, the Prime Minister for the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the position of Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee in the term 2015-2020 for Mr. Ho Tien Thieu.
*Also in the afternoon, Lang Son Provincial Party Committee held a thematic workshop on personnel work, under the chairmanship of Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee.
The workshop was attended by Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council and Mr. Ho Tien introduced, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.
Representatives of the Locality Department of the Central Organization Committee gave remarks at the meeting
At the meeting, as assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Vu Van Quang, Head of the Organization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee reported to the Executive Committee the two candidacy and nominations reports for positions of the Executive Commission of the provincial party committee and the 13th Party Central Committee for the term 2020-2025 (step 3).
Before the Executive Commission held the discussions and conducted voting with secret ballots, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that all members of the Executive Commission raise their sense of responsibility, constructivists, solidarity when discuss and vote on the provincial personnel plan. It is considered the very important task in order to create a new welcoming and inspiring atmosphere towards the Provincial Party Congress.

Then members of the Executive Commission of Provincial Party Committee proceeded the voting procedures with ballots based on the regulations of the Party Central Committee. On the sidelines of the thematic workshop, the Organization committee announced the Approval Decision of the Secretariat Commission of the Party Central Committee on Assigning Mr. Thai Hong Cong – Director of Lang Son Police Department as a member of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025, following regulations and guidance of the Central Committee.
Earlier in the morning of the day, Lang Son Party Committee already organized the meeting on personnel work focusing on presenting the personnel list (official and alternative) for the 13th Party Central Committee (step 2) and the re-elected candidates for the positions of The provincial secretary and deputy secretary and for the Executive Commission of the provincial party committee following regulations and guidance of the Central Committee.
At the meeting, 100 senior members of Lang Son Communist Party gathered and voted on the personnel proposal for the 13th Party Central Committee and The Re-elected candidates for the Executive Commission and for the positions of the provincial party secretary and deputy secretary, term 2020-205.
