Announcement of the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work

On the morning of November 28, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work. Attending the conference were Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; together with the leaders of the Organizing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, the Office of the Provincial Party Committee; members in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Lang Son city.

Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, handed over the decision to the new Secretary of the Lang Son City Party Committee.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission announced the Decision No. 1118-QD/TU dated November 25, 2022 of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee on the mobilization and appointment of cadres. Specifically, Mrs. Doan Thi Loan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission resigned from the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission for the 2020-2025 term; appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and held the position of Secretary of the Lang Son City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from December 1, 2022.

Speaking at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated Mrs. Doan Thi Loan on being trusted to assign and appoint to join the Party Committee and assume the key position in the city. At the same time, he acknowledged and appreciated the efforts and dedication of Mrs. Doan Thi Loan during her working period. Experiencing many different positions, she always promoted her qualifications, moral qualities, discipline, responsibility, dedication to successfully completing and well completing the assigned tasks.

He hoped and believed that in her new position, Mrs. Doan Thi Loan quickly grasped the situation of the Party Committee, promptly led and directed the successful implementation of the tasks set out in 2022 and the whole term of 2020 – 2025 of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Lang Son city; continue to promote intellectual capacity, bravery, responsibility, overcome difficulties, constantly innovate and create, build a great unity block in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Lang Son City, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; well perform the work of building the party and building a strong political system; advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the development of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Lang Son city; at the same time, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, party members and people, propagate and create consensus on the policy of expanding Lang Son city.

He also suggested that the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Lang Son city and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the city create conditions to help Mrs. Doan Thi Loan well fulfill the assigned responsibilities and tasks; continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, democracy, collective intelligence, high determination, drastic in leadership and direction, close to the grassroots, close to the people for the sake of serving the people; inherit and promote the tradition and good results that the Party Committee of Lang Son city has achieved in the past terms, bringing Lang Son city to develop quickly and sustainably, worthy of being the political, economic, cultural, social, defense and security center of Lang Son province.

Speaking to accept the task, Mrs. Doan Thi Loan thanked the attention, trust and assignment of tasks of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the Secretary always kept in mind to continue to try her best, constantly improve political bravery, ideological stance, maintain ethical qualities, pure, exemplary lifestyle, responsibility in work; continue to inherit and promote the achievements that the city has achieved in the past terms; learned and absorbed the best experiences of previous generations of leaders. She wished to continue to receive the attention, leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the People’s Council, the Provincial People’s Committee, the consent and support of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Lang Son City, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee… to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Mrs. Doan Thi Loan has assumed the position of Secretary of the Lang Son City Party Committee since December 1, 2022, replacing Mr. Nguyen Cong Truong.

Previously, the Standing Board of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 1116-QD/TU dated November 25, 2022 on the mobilization and introduction of candidates. Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Cong Truong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Lang Son City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, resigned from the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and resigned from the position of Secretary of the Lang Son City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 period; mobilized to receive the position at the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, from December 1, 2022 and recommended to elect to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Commission of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
