The provincial delegation visits and presents gifts to the Bishop’s House of Lang Son – Cao Bang Diocese on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2024

On the morning of January 31, in Lang Son city, the provincial working group led by Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee visited and presented gifts to the Bishop’s House of Lang Son – Cao Bang Diocese on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Dragon 2024.

Here, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee gave an overview of the socio-economic development situation in 2023 and the province’s socio-economic development plan and goals in 2024, affirming that those results were determined thanks to the efforts of the entire political system and the entire people in the area, including the contributions of the Bishop, pastors, clerics, and fellow parishioners.

On this occasion, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee presented new year gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People’s Council, Provincial People’s Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to the Bishop’s House of Lang Son – Cao Bang Diocese and wished the Bishop, pastors, clerics and fellow parishioners a new year with health and joy, expecting them to join hands in building great national unity and well implement the Party’s guidelines, policies, and laws of the State and local authorities; to actively participate in socio-economic development activities, charity and humanitarian activities contributing to social security in accordance with the motto “live good and virtuous life”.
