Hundreds of artists join celebration of Party’s 90th anniversary

(LSO) – The Lang Son provincial People’s Committee held a special music show on February 3 to celebrate the 90^th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3).

Attending the event were permanent Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Hoang Van Nghiem, Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Pham Ngoc Thuong, members of the standing board of the provincial Party Committee, leaders of the provincial People’s Committee, NA delegation, departments, agencies, mass organisations and armed forces.

The event was opened with songs praising the glorious Party, the beloved Uncle Ho and the country such as “Singing under the glorious Party flag”, “Party brings about spring”, and others.

In a solemn and glorious atmosphere, participants reviewed the 90-year tradition of the Party.

It was followed by a performance themed “Spring to the Party”. The unique harmony, elaborate and spectacular choreography by famous singer Trong Tan and nearly 200 artists from the provincial culture and arts centre, and students from local high schools left a deep impression on the audiences, thereby inspiring patriotism, national pride while affirming the Party’s role, prestige, leadership capacity and fighting power over the past nine decades.

The music show was part of culture and arts activities celebrating the Party’s establishment and spring, motivating Party members, officials and people from the walks of life to accomplish 2020 socio-economic development tasks.
