Lang Son received medical supplies supported by Guangxi (China)

(LSO) – On June 12, at Km No.0, Huu Nghi International Border Gate, leaders of Departments of Foreign Affairs, Health and Provincial Red Cross received a shipment of medical supplies from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) supporting Lang Son province to prevent Covid- 19 epidemic.

At the border gate, with the goal of “Supporting each other to overcome difficulties”, the leader of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) presented 32,000 medical masks and 1,000 bottles of disinfectant liquid to Lang Son province, with a total value of over 120,000 RMB, equivalent to nearly 400 million VND.

After receiving medical supplies, the leader of Lang Son Department of Foreign Affairs expressed her gratitude towards Guangxi’s units for supporting medical supplies so that Lang Son could enhance conditions to prevent and control the epidemic. At the same time, she expected that in the coming time, Guangxi (China) would continue to provide helps in all aspects as well as enhance exchanges and cooperation to restore production and develop the economies of the two sides.

Reportedly, all of these medical supplies were handed over to the Department of Health to timely distribute to the forces in the prevention of Covid- 19 epidemic.
