Honoring typical businesses and businessmen for the work of employment

On the afternoon of October 11, the Provincial Confederation of Labor held the first conference to honor typical businesses and  businessmen for the work  employment, in 2022.

Attending the conference were Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Nong Luong Chan, Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, commissions, sectors, provincial Business Associations and representatives of businesses in the area.

In recent years, businesses and  businessmen have made many contributions to the operation of trade unions, supporting union members and employees to enjoy the highest benefits, helping them feel secure to work, contributing to the overall development of the business and society. Many businesses sign Labor Agreements with favorable terms for employees.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee recognized and praised the achievements of businesses, businessmen and trade union organizations in the province. He suggested that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Confederation continue to direct the grassroots trade unions of businesses to closely coordinate with employers, promoting the emulation movement “Good workers, creative workers”, practically care for the welfare and benefits of union members and employees, especially those in difficult circumstances… Along with that, businesses overcome difficulties and implement production and business solutions suitable to the new situation; step by step innovating technology to increase labor productivity.

The Provincial Business Association should actively research, guide, support and advise businesses and members, and propose solutions to the province to develop businesses; strengthen propaganda and mobilize the business community and entrepreneurs to strictly observe the provisions of the law; coordinate with trade unions at all levels to fulfill their obligations and responsibilities as prescribed by law to employees.

Departments, comisssions, sectors, socio-political organizations, functional agencies regularly listen and absorb the recommendations of businesses; take care, share and accompany businesses in production and business activities.

During the program, the Provincial Labor Confederation honored and awarded certificates of merit to 16 businesses and 12 businessmen with outstanding achievements, typical for employees.
