Lang Son starts survey on information of 53 ethnic minority groups

(LSO) – The People’s Committee of Lang Son province held a ceremony to launch a survey to collect information on the socio-economic situation of 53 ethnic minority groups in 2019 in Quang Lac commune of Lang Son city on October 1.

Information to be collected includes statistics about the population, housing and other socio-economic indications of the ethnic groups.

The work will be carried out from October 1 to October 30 with the help of electronic devices, including tablets and smart phones. The survey forms will be distributed to 26,000 households in 660 locations and 226 communes.

After the ceremony, survey workers immediately started collect information at local households.
