Justice department’s implementation of administrative discipline inspected

(LSO) – On October 29, a delegation of Lang Son province visited the Department of Justice to inspect its implementation of administrative discipline and tasks assigned by the provincial People’s Committee this year.

Inspected contents were as follows: the responsibilities of the leader; the drafting and issuance of relevant documents; the processing and settlement of people’s petitions and denunciations and comments; the completion of assigned tasks.

The inspection showed that the department issued all documents related to administrative discipline work for 2019, amended and supplemented the contents of related regulations, and examined the work in all of its eight offices. The department also offered online administrative services.

An overview of the inspection

From the beginning of the year to date, it has handled nine complaints and denunciations in line with regulations and completed 106 out of 107 assigned tasks as scheduled.

The inspection team praised the results and suggested the department leaders continue to pay attention to directing the implementation of administrative discipline; strengthening inspection and strictly handling violations; improving human resources quality; and applying IT in the department’s operation.
