Blood Donation Day “Lang Son Pink Blood” in 2023 received 760 blood units

On the morning of July 24, the Central Committee of Red Journey Organizing Committee coordinated with the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation to organize the 10th “ Lang Son Pink Blood” blood donation day – 2023.

Blood donation day attracted 952 people who are cadres, civil servants, public employees, laborers, armed forces and people from all walks of life to register to donate blood. Through physical examination and screening tests, 760 volunteers were eligible to donate blood, equivalent to 760 blood units, 60 units higher than the planned target. Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee of the program visited and gave 5 gifts to families of war invalids and martyrs, families with meritorious services to the revolution in Cao Loc district.

The year 2023 is the 11th year of the Red Journey – The journey of blood donation and blood receiving across Vietnam. In Lang Son, this is the 10th year of the program.
