Lang Son Public Administration Service Center has received and returned the results of dossiers since April 23

(LSO) – Lang Son Public Administration Service Centre has received dossiers from organizations and individuals and returned the results of administrative procedures since April 23 as usual.

Accordingly, the Center continues to directly receive paper dossiers and dossiers via the public postal service for over 1,300 administrative procedures; receive electronic dossiers via the online public service and digital one-door system for 360 administrative procedures processed through online public services at level 3 and 473 administrative procedures handled via online public services at level 4.

The Center has posted the notice of resuming to receive dossiers and return the results of administrative procedures at the headquarters, on the Center’s website and Facebook Fanpage. On the first day of its normal operation, the Center estimated to receive and guided over 300 people who came to make transactions.

Previously, implementing the Prime Minister’s Directive No.16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 and Document No.308/UBND-KGVX dated March 31, 2020 of the Provincial People’s Committee on the implementation of urgent measures for Covid-19 prevention and control, from April 1, 2020, the Centre temporarily suspended to directly receive dossiers and return the results of administrative procedures, only received and handled administrative procedures on the online public service system or via the public postal service.
