Opening ceremony the film week to celebrate 76th establishment anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army

(LSO) – In the evening of December 19, 2020, at Dong Kinh Cinema, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province held the opening ceremony of the film week “The 76th establishment anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2020), 31th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 – December 22, 2020) and welcoming the 13th National Congress of the Party”.
Attending the opening ceremony were representatives of leaders of departments, sectors, unions; soldiers belonging to the Provincial Military Command and numerous people in the province.
The film week takes place from December 19 to the end of December 25, 2020 at Dong Kinh Cinema and 10 districts in the province.

At the opening ceremony, the audience enjoyed the documentary film “Maintaining the faith with the Party”. The film is about the goal of striving and maintaining faith with the Party as the basis for the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army to overcome all the challenges of building a beautiful and prosperous country.

The film week contributed to propagating and raising awareness of the people about the position, role and importance of the establishment of the Vietnam People’s Army, at the same time arousing and promoting the responsibility of the entire Party, people and army in the career of building a strong people’s defense. Thereby, it encouraged cadres, party members and all classes of people to try their best to emulate and determine to successfully implement resolutions of party congresses at all levels.
