Lang Son city inaugurates and names the work to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Provincial Party Committee’s Traditional Day

On June 13, the People’s Committee of Lang Son city held a ceremony to inaugurate and name the park June 15, the project of Phai Loan lake bank, the project of renovating and upgrading Quang Lac Primary School to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Provincial Party Committee’s Traditional Day (June 15, 1933 – June 15, 2023).

Attending the ceremony were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Hoang Van Nghiem; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ho Tien Thieu; Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of Provincial People’s Council Doan Thi Hau; Members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the leaders of the City Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son city.

In 2023, the People’s Committee of Lang Son city has identified three key construction investment projects to inaugurate on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Provincial Party Committee’s Traditional Day including June 15 park at the resettlement and residential area in the South of Lang Son city, it started in April 2023 with an area of nearly 1.5 hectares and a total investment of 14.8 billion VND. The project of Phai Loan lake bank has an area of more than 2.8 hectares, with a total investment of more than 73.5 billion VND in Tam Thanh ward and the renovation and upgrading of Quang Lac Primary School, Quang Lac commune with a total investment of 8.8 billion VND.

The target of these investments is to create an entertainment space for people in the area, contribute to decorate Lang Son city, completing the criteria of new rural development to improve Quang Lac commune.

After the urgent construction to ensure the quality according to the design, the works have completed in schedule.

In order to promote the value of the works, the leaders of the City People’s Committee requested the relevant units to develop a plan for the operation, management and exploitation of the works to promote their efficiency in serving the needs of entertainment and study of the people.
