Program to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee’s Traditional Day

On the evening of June 14, at Hung Vuong Square, Chi Lang ward, Lang Son city; The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized an art program to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee’s Traditional Day (June 15, 1933 – June 15, 2023).

Attending the program were Mr. Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mrs. Doan Thi Hau, Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of provincial departments, agencies and a large number of people in the area.

The program was staged and performed by the Center for Culture and Arts of Lang Son province in collaboration with the 1st Military Region art troupe with 16 special songs, dances and music performances. The content of the performances were to praise the love of the homeland, the development and renewal of Xu Lang in the long history, praise the Party, beloved Uncle Ho ….

Especially the performances praising the Party and praising the revolutionary predecessors of the Party received the support of the masses of the people such as: singing and dancing performance “Forever brighting the faith”; the group performance “The Fatherland in the heart”, “The color of the flag I love”; the solo performance of “Nine part pass” (singing about comrade Luong Van Tri), the lyrics of comrade Hoang Van Thu; singing and dancing performance “Pride of Lang Son – beautiful new path”….

The cultural performance program aims to propagate widely to all classes of people, especially the young generation, about the heroic historical tradition of the Party Committee, government, army and people of ethnic groups in Lang Son province in 90 years of building  and development; at the same time, help the masses to understand more deeply about the life and revolutionary career of Comrade Luong Van Tri, the typical senior leader of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution.

Thereby, the program contributes to encouraging cadres, party members and people of all strata to successfully carry out the set tasks and objectives.
