The delegation of Bac Ninh province donated 500 million VND to support the poor people in Lang Son

On January 4, the delegation of Bac Ninh province led by Mrs. Nguyen Huong Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province visited and presented gifts in Lang Son province.

Receiving the delegation were Mr. Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Doan Thi Hau, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council, together with leaders of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, leaders of a number of departments and sectors.

Here, leaders of the People’s Committees of Bac Ninh and Lang Son provinces gave an overview of the socio-economic development of each locality.

Accordingly, in 2022, although there were still many difficulties and challenges, Bac Ninh province has made efforts to successfully implement the set goals and tasks of socio-economic development. In which, the province continued to promote its industrial strength, created jobs for many workers, including those of Lang Son province.

As for Lang Son province, in 2022, the province has completed 18/18 socio-economic development targets, with a growth rate of 7.22%; production and business activities gradually recovered; the province has implemented many synchronous solutions to remove difficulties and support provinces and city in import and export activities; Poverty reduction has been paid attention and positive results have been achieved…

Leaders of the People’s Committees of the two provinces hoped that in the coming time, the two localities will continue to tighten their relationship; organize study groups, share experiences in each local’s strengths… Thereby the 2 provinces contribute to the successful implementation of the common socio-economic development goals and tasks in the two provinces in the coming time.
