Signing a cooperation agreement of piloting online business registration at Viettel stores

On the afternoon of February 16, the Department of Planning and Investment and Viettel Lang Son – a branch of Military Industry and Telecommunications Group signed a cooperation agreement of piloting online business registration at Viettel stores in Lang Son province. Attending the signing ceremony were leaders of a number of departments, sectors and units of the province.

At the ceremony, the two sides exchanged and agreed on a cooperation agreement of piloting online business registration at Viettel stores in the province.

Accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment will support Viettel staff in the order and procedures for business registration; creating sample dossiers on business registration, ensuring the compliance with the provisions of the Enterprise Law and guiding documents; appointing officials to assist Viettel staff in receiving and submitting dossiers and handling problems during the actual implementation of the agreement; providing information and propaganda through newspapers, radio, banners, leaflets…

Viettel Lang Son will provide support in consulting, creating profiles, registering businesses online completely free of charge; financially support for propaganda; ensure the accuracy, carry out delivery of the results in accordance with the law.

The implementation time is divided into 2 phases, in which, the first one is the registration for the newly-established enterprises, branches, representative offices, business locations (expected in 12 weeks); the second phase is registration for changes in content of enterprises, branches, representative offices and business locations (expected after phase 1 about 3 months).

Up to now, there are 3,710 enterprises in the province. In 2022, the Department of Planning and Investment received 3,362 dossiers of administrative procedures related to enterprises. 2,665 applications of them were received online.

The agreement was signed to support individuals and organizations to create business registration documents and to guide online business registration at Viettel stores throughout the province, contributing to improving online registration rate. At the same time, it helps reduce costs and time for individuals and organizations when registering businesses, contributing to improving the market entry index, improving the provincial competitiveness index (PCI).
