Leaders of the Provincial People’s Committee give gifts to policy families on the 75th anniversary of The War Invalids and Martyrs Day

On the morning of July 18, 2022, the delegation of the Provincial People’s Committee led by Mr. Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, visited and presented gifts to policy families in Chi Lang commune, Chi Lang district on the 75th anniversary of The War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2022).

Mr. Ho Tien Thieu, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee visited Mr. Nguyen Van Tuong, a revolutionary activist who was imprisoned by the enemy.

According to the program, Mr. Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee visited and presented gifts to 2 policy families and people with meritorious services in Chi Lang commune, Chi Lang district, including: Mr. Trieu Duc Y, born in 1958, is a wounded soldier, residing in Lang Ngua village and Mr. Nguyen Van Tuong, born in 1936 is a revolutionary activist who was imprisoned by the enemy in Dong Dinh village.

At the destinations, Mr., Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee graciously visited and encouraged policy families and people with meritorious services.

Comrade Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee emphasized that the Party and State always pay attention to the beneficiaries of policy families who have contributed to showing responsibility, recognition, honor and deep gratitude to heroes and martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers, meritorious person.

Mr. Ho Tien Thieu, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee gave a gift to Mr. Trieu Duc Y, a wounded soldier with a body injury rate of 51%.

Comrade Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee wishes that wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, people with meritorious services will continue to show the quality of “Uncle Ho’s army” to strive to rise up, set an example for children and grandchildren in the family to promote economic development, contribute to the building of a richer and more prosperous homeland.

On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command, leaders of departments, sectors, District Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front of Chi Lang district and Chi Lang commune had practical gifts for 2 families.

* In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation of the Provincial People’s Committee led by Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, visited and presented gifts to policy families and people with meritorious services in Bac Hung commune, Van Lang district.

Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, presents gifts to the family of Mr. Lang Sao Khoai, Na Liet Trong hamlet, Bac Hung commune, Van Lang district.

During the program, the delegation visited and gave gifts to 2 families, including: Mr. Lang Sao Khoai, born in 1949, a wounded soldier with an injury rate of 35%, and also a sick soldier, in Na Liet Trong village, Bac Hung commune; Mr. Nong Viet Tri, born in 1946, a sick soldier with a body injury rate of 61%, in Lung Vai village, Bac Hung commune, Van Lang district.

At the visiting places, Mr. Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and members of the delegation graciously inquired about their health, living conditions, expressed their deep gratitude to the contributions and sacrifices of wounded and sick soldiers to the cause of national liberation, building and defense of the Fatherland.

At the same time, they hope that families continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, mobilize their descendants and neighbors to well observe the guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State, and actively develop the economy, contribute to the development of the homeland.
