The provincial delegation visited and gave gifts to policy families and people with meritorious services in Trang Dinh district

On the afternoon of July 22, the provincial delegation led by Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to visit, present gift to policy families and people with meritorious services in Trang Dinh district on the 75th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs’ Day on July 27.

Joining the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Cong Truong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Lang Son City Party Committee; leaders of agencies such as Office of the Provincial Party Committee; Provincial Youth Union; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

During the program, the delegation visited and gave gifts to Mrs. Bui Thi Dung, 92 years old, in Khac Den village, Dai Dong commune, the mother of martyr Nong Van The, who died in 1972 on the southern front and Mr. Dam Xuan Quang, in zone 4, That Khe town, who is a wounded soldiers and resistance activists infected with toxic chemicals.

Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and members of the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mrs. Bui Thi Dung, mother of a martyr in Khac Den village, Dai Dong commune.

At the visiting places, Mr. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the delegation graciously inquired about the health, family life, expressed deep gratitude to the dedication, loss and sacrifice of wounded soldiers, heroes and martyrs, as well as the contributions of families to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Mr.Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and members of the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Dam Xuan Quang in zone 4, That Khe town.

At the same time, he hoped that families continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, actively mobilize their children and grandchildren in families and residential areas to well observe the guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State, actively developing the economy, culture and society, contributing to the building of an increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized homeland.

Mr. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also suggested that the Party committees and authorities of Trang Dinh district, communes and townships continue to do well in the work of repaying gratitude, taking care of policy families and people with meritorious services in the locality.
