According to the report of the provincial Labor Confederation, in 2022, the trade unions in the province have proactively grasped the employment, life and income situation, well performed the care and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the employees. During the 4th COVID-19 outbreak, at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, trade unions at all levels took care of and supported 1,353 employees infected with COVID-19, with a total amount of more than 1.3 billion VND. On the occasion of the 2022 Lunar New Year, trade unions at all levels received and coordinated with professionals to visit, encourage and give gifts to 20,937 turns of employees, with a total value of over 10 billion VND.
