Provincial Border Guard Command meets with press agencies

On the afternoon of February 20, the Provincial Border Guard Command held a meeting with the provincial and central press agencies residing in the province on the occasion of the beginning of the Lunar New Year 2023.

Mr. Hoang Dinh Hom, Provincial Party Member, Editor-in-Chief of Lang Son Newspaper, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association spoke at the meeting.

From 2022 up to now, press agencies have coordinated with the Provincial Border Guard Command to propagate and reflect comprehensively, promptly and effectively the activities of the Provincial Border Guard. The team of reporters actively propagated and vividly reflected activities on unit building and combat readiness; border guard foreign affairs; the fight against crime, smuggling and commercial fraud; participation in the prevention of the COVID-19 pandemic; participation in the building, consolidation and socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security in border areas…

At the meeting, leaders of the Provincial Border Guard Command and the press agencies exchanged and discussed to clarify the outstanding results in the coordination of propaganda. At the same time, the two sides unified the direction, continued to coordinate and created favorable conditions for reporters of the press agencies of the province and the central government to perform well the communication work, reflect the results of the border guards in the coming time.
