The delegation of typical individuals of Lang Son province reports its achievements in Uncle Ho’s hometown

On May 12, the delegation of typical individuals in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style of Lang Son province led by Phung Quang Hoi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Education Commission of the Provincial Party Committee reported its achievements in President Ho Chi Minh’s hometown in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province.

 There were 16 outstanding units, 27 typical individuals who stood out in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in 2022 of Lang Son province in the delegation.

In Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province, the delegation offered incense, flowers and reported its achievements to Uncle Ho at the memorial house of President Ho Chi Minh.

In front of the hallowed memorial to Uncle Ho, on behalf of the delegation, the Head of the Propaganda and Education Commission of the Provincial Party Committee informed Uncle Ho about the results of the Party Committee, government and people of the ethnic groups in Lang Son province after 3 years implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on the promotion of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and style.

Specifically, in the past 3 years, the Party Committee, government and people of ethnic groups in Lang Son province always united, overcome all difficulties, effectively implemented their political tasks and patriotic emulation movements. Especially, regarding the movement of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, people strongly switched from “studying” to “following” and achieved many positive results. In 2021 and 2022, despite the COVID-19 epidemic, the province’s economy was still growing, reaching an average growth of 6.94%; administrative procedure reform was maintained and implemented effectively; Party building work achieved many important results, contributing to the building of increasingly strong Party and political system.

With the results achieved, in front of the hallowed memorial to Uncle Ho, the delegates vowed to unite, to believe in the Party’s leadership, to stay firm on the path that the Party, Uncle Ho and our people have chosen; to strive to successfully implement the socio-economic goals in 2023 and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress with the aim of deserving the Party’s trust and the fine tradition of Xu Lang.

During the program, the delegation visited the grave of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan (mother of President Ho Chi Minh), visited the father’s and mother’s hometown of President Ho Chi Minh; visited Truong Bon national historical site in My Son commune, Do Luong district; Temple of Cuong Quoc Cong Nguyen Xi in Nghi Hop commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province.

This activity was to praise and encourage typical units and individuals in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and style throughout the province. It teaches about the historical traditions, pride and respect for President Ho Chi Minh; at the same time, it continues to raise awareness of all levels of Party committees, authorities, officials, party members and people about the importance and meaning of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in national construction and defense, contributing to the building and rectification of the Party, fostering the moral and cultural foundation in the Party and the whole society. Thereby, it creates a strong change in the awareness and action of each official, party member and the people.
