Reopening Ky Lua Pedestrian Street

– On February 10, 2022, the People’s Committee of Lang Son City announced that Ky Lua Pedestrian Street, Hoang Van Thu ward, Lang Son city will officially reopen from February 18, 2022.

Accordingly, the organization of activities in the space of Ky Lua Pedestrian Street this time will be associated with the announcement of the province’s tourist attraction “Ky Lua Pedestrian Street”. Activities at the Pedestrian Street will continue to be maintained from 6 pm to 12 am every Friday and Saturday with activities such as cultural performances, street art, folk games, sale of souvenirs, Lang Son’s culinary products and specialty agricultural products.

Lang Son City People’s Committee recommends that people and tourists strictly follow the 5k regulation of the Ministry of Health, especially tourists who have not had enough doses of COVID-19 vaccine should not participate in activities at the Pedestrian Street to protect the health of themselves and the community.

Activities at Ky Lua Pedestrian Street have been restored to normal, but they still must ensure the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, security and order, traffic order and safety and urban order inside and outside the walking space in the area.

Also according to the City People’s Committee, to meet the needs and aspirations of the people and tourists from all over the world, from January 22 to 27 (lunar month), the Year of the Tiger, ie from February 22 to 27, 2022, the traditional palanquin procession at the Ta Phu – Ky Cung Temple Festival will be resumed after a 2-year pause due to COVID-19 prevention and control.
