On the morning of June 7, the delegation of the Provincial People’s Committee led by Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, inspected the organization of the 10th grade entrance exam in the 2022-2023 school year at Chu Van An High School for the Gifted and Viet Bac High School, Lang Son City.
This year, there are more than 9,200 candidates registered to take the exam at 23 sites across the province. In which, at Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, there are 653 candidates registered for the exam (the enrollment target is 360 students), the school has arranged 28 official exam rooms and 2 backup exam rooms; at Viet Bac High School, there are 21 exam rooms with 488 candidates registered for the exam (the enrollment target is 451 students).

Through the inspection, it showed that the facilities at the test sites have been carefully prepared; all exam sites have prepared adequate exam rooms, backup exam rooms; room containing exam answer sheets and questions are guaranteed to be safe; disease prevention is focused and guaranteed; other conditions on electricity, security and order, support… for the exam have been fully equipped by the exam sites
Speaking at the exam sites, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee requested the exam organizing committees to avoid being subjective in the implementation by preparing backup plans to ensure the safety of all exam sites.
At the same time, he required that the organization of the entrance exam must be in accordance with the plan. The exam organizing committees should actively coordinate with local authorities and functional forces in ensuring the conditions for the exam; proactively provide support for candidates coming to the exam in extreme weather conditions; well maintain order in the exam rooms; regularly ask the examination officials and candidates to strictly observe the exam regulations.
Besides, it was necessary to ensure security and order, regulations on health, pandemic prevention … at the exam sites, ensuring the most favorable conditions for candidates.
