Commending typical female heads of committee for female affairs in the period 2018-2023

On the morning of March 7, the Provincial Confederation of Labor held a conference to honor the typical female heads of committee for female affairs of the trade union at grassroots level in the 2018-2023 period.

According to the report, there are currently more than 41,000 members and workers in trade union at grassroots level of agencies, units and businesses, 851 trade unions at grassroots level are eligible to establish committee for female affairs with 851 heads. In the past 5 years, with the active advice of the committee for female affairs, their heads at all levels have promoted the propaganda and education of laws related to female workers with many diverse contents and forms; actively implemented the emulation movement “A women for all seasons” in association with the movement “Women actively study, actively work, build happy families”. As a result, every year, over 93% of female members and workers get the title of “A women for all seasons”.

On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Confederation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to 60 heads of the committee for female affairs of trade union at the grassroots level with outstanding achievements in mobilizing female union members, workers and organizing activities in the 2018-2023 period.
