Provincial Election Steering Committee inspected the organization of elections in districts and city

– On May 23, after voting, the delegations of the Provincial Election Steering Committee inspected the organization of the election to choose the Member of 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the term 2021 – in districts and city.

*The inspection delegation No. 1, led by Comrade Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Election Steering Committee, inspected the election work in a number of polling places on Lang Son city and Cao Loc district.

In Lang Son city, the delegation directly inspected the polling areas, inclusding the culture house of Dai Thang block, Chi Lang ward; Quang Lac Primary School, Quang Lac Commune; Mai Pha Commune People’s Committee; the cultural house of block 6, Hoang Van Thu ward; cultural house of block 7 and 10, Dong Kinh ward.

*The inspection delegation No. 2 led by Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Election Steering Committee inspected the election organization in districts of Binh Gia, Bac Son, Van Quan.

The delegation inspected the election work in the polling areas in the communes of Tan Van, Hong Phong, Minh Khai and Binh Gia town, Binh Gia district; 8 polling areas in 8 communes in Bac Son district; polling areas in the communes of Binh Phuc, Khanh Khe, Diem He, Luong Nang, An Son and Van Quan town, Van Quan district.

Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Election Steering Committee, inspected the election work at polling station No. 6, Binh Gia town.

The delegation inspected 10 polling areas in 6 communes and townships of Huu Lung district; some polling areas in the communes of Dong Buc, Thong Nhat, Minh Hiep, Tinh Bac of Loc Binh district; some voting areas in communes and towns in Chi Lang district, including Bac Thuy, Nhan Ly, Mai Sao, Chi Lang town, Dong Mo town, Chi Lang commune.

Through inspection at the polling areas, the election teams had seriously organized the work of ensuring security and order, prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, etc. at the polling areas. Voters strictly followed the measures on prevention and control of Covid-19.
