– On July 20, the delegation including Mr. Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mrs. Doan Thi Hau, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and the leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front, departments, commissions and sectors visited, encouraged and presented gifts to officials and soldiers who are performing the tasks of preventing and controlling the COVID-19 pandemic in Chi Lang district.
At two checkpoints for pandemic prevention and control at km 45, National Highway 1A connecting to the Bac Giang – Lang Son Expressway, the section through Mai Sao commune and the checkpoint at km 55, Highway 1A, the section through Than Muoi village, Dong Mo town, the delegation asked about the ask performance, the assignment of human resources, logistics and rest of the participating forces.

The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee acknowledged the efforts of the forces who did not mind the difficulties in any kinds of weather, conditions and time to complete the assigned tasks. At the same time, he expected that forces participating in pandemic prevention and control at key points would continue to overcome difficulties and do well their assigned tasks; proactively request vehicle drivers passing through to carry out medical declaration, present valid test certificate; for those who have not been tested, it is required to carry out on-site testing, ensuring vehicle traffic and avoiding traffic jams.
