Provincial Steering Committee inspected the organization of the National High School Graduation Examination in districts of Huu Lung and Chi Lang, and Lang Son city

– In the morning of July 7, before the first exam, the provincial Steering Committee for The National high school graduation exam  2021 in Lang Son province led by Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Provincial Committee for the National high school graduation examination inspected the exam organization and the pandemic enforcement in some testing locations of Huu Lung High School, Huu Lung Town Secondary School, Huu Lung District; Dong Banh High School, Chi Lang High School, Chi Lang District ; and Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, Lang Son City.

Through the inspection at these testing sites, on behalf of the working team, he highly appreciated the district exam organization boards and other functional forces for the enforcement of the Covid-19 prevention and control measures to ensure the success of the national high school graduation examination 2021

It is reported that all the testing sites have been doing well in preventing pandemic and ensuring candidates’ health; Activities like distributing face coverings and measuring candidates’ body temperature were both carried out quickly.

Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee talked with candidates before they took the first test in Huu Lung High School.

Speaking at the inspection meeting, Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee requested: All functional forces involved in the exam organization should be flexible, firmly understand the exam regulations and well coordinate with others to manage possible situations at the testing sites; Exam proctors should always remind candidates not to bring cell phones and other devices which are not allowed into the exam rooms.

During the exam days, any possible situation related to candidates, disease prevention and control, district exam organization boards should promptly handle in accordance with their competence and sent report to the Steering Committee in time. At the same time, they should encourage candidates to keep clam and be confident to overcome their anxiety to achieve the highest results.
