Opening the Lang Son Provincial Land Data Portal

– On January 12, Lang Son Provincial People’s Committee held an online opening ceremony of the Lang Son Provincial Land Data Portal.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of provincial departments, agencies, People’s Committees of districts and the city at 12 points in the province.
Based on local reality, on December 29, 2021, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Document No. 5755/VP-KGVX agreeing to pilot the construction of the Lang Son Provincial Land Data Portal.
The Department of Information and Communications, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment proposed to select the VKX Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of VNPT Group) – Lang Son Telecommunications to deploy the construction of the Lang Son Provincial Land Data Portal including the information page (website) and mobile application (mobile app) with three separate functional groups for administrators; specialists; citizens, businesses, organizations.

The Lang Son Provincial Land Data Portal is built on a web base that integrates multi-layer digital maps (various soil types) and smartphone applications (mobile app) to meet the interaction of about 10,000 turns/day, serving to look up detailed land information (land type, area, owner, plot number, location,…); planning information on the land plot; payments through e-wallets, domestic banks and other payment channels.
The Lang Son Provincial Land Data Portal is one of the key solutions to promote digital transformation, creating breakthrough changes in the activities of the Lang Son government and is an important step of digital transformation and smart city construction.
The Lang Son Provincial Land Data Portal will be piloted from now until the end of April 2022, during this time, users will not have to pay service fees.
People, businesses and managers can access the Lang Son Provincial Land Data Portal at the website: https://datdai.langson.gov.vn or mobile application LANGSON.LIS to look up information about planning maps, land use plans, land plots easily and accurately.
