National Steering Committee for the 2021 high school graduation exam has an inspection in Lang Son province

– On June 28, the National Steering Committee for the High School Graduation Exam 2021 led by Mr. Pham Ngoc Thuong, Deputy Minister of Education and Training has an inspection for the preparation of the 2021 high school graduation exam in Lang Son.

Attending and working with the inspection team were Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2021 high school graduation exam in Lang Son province and members of the Steering Committee for the exam of the province.

According to the report of the Provincial Examination Board, this year’s high school graduation exam, the whole province has more than 9,500 candidates registered to take the exam at 21 exam sites across the province.

In the past time, the Provincial People’s Committee has actively directed the Department of Education and Training to organize a training conference to thoroughly grasp the exam regulations and exam guidance documents of the Ministry of Education and Training for units; directing members of the Steering Committee to coordinate in developing a plan to ensure security, transportation safety, handing over exam papers, etc.

Up to this point, the exam sites have fully arranged rooms, lockers for exam papers with safety locks and surveillance cameras. Along with that, the work of hygiene, epidemic prevention and medical assurance at the exam site has been enhanced.

Speaking at the meeting, The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee informed some more contents about the preparation for the 2021 high school graduation exam in the province over the past time such as The Steering Committee has fully built plans for epidemic prevention for each exam site; have specific plans in case of natural disasters. At the same time, directing the members of the Steering Committee to organize a plan to ensure traffic safety during the exam period, have a specific plan to ensure security and safety conditions for the exam. The Steering Committee has strengthened the dissemination of exam regulations; directed the Department of Education and Training to do well in exam preparation… to ensure that the exam takes place successfully in the province.

Concluding at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Education and Training noted and highly evaluated the preparation of the provincial committee for the 2021 high school graduation exam in Lang Son province.

The Deputy Minister requested that The Provincial Committee and its members fully study the guiding documents from the central to the provincial level, ensuring the correct implementation of the process in organizing the exam; continue to guide and support the exam preparation work, systematize key knowledge for candidates; carefully train exam regulations for candidates and exam organization regulations for officials participating in the examination council; develop many plans and scenarios to safely organize the exam; strictly implement inspection, examination and report; develop a plan to ensure food hygiene and safety; focus on ensuring security and order, being cautious in each stage of the exam…
