– On January 7, Lang Son City People’s Committee coordinated with Mau Son Sun Co., Ltd., the TMG Vietnam Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company – Indochina Geotechnical Consulting Joint Stock Company to hold a ceremony to sign a three-party contract to sponsor the formulation of the subdivision planning project of the Na Chuong – Binh Cam ecological urban area with the scale of 1/2000.

At the signing ceremony, the leader of Lang Son City People’s Committee affirmed that the formulation of the subdivision planning project of the Na Chuong – Binh Cam ecological urban area with the scale of 1/2000 would be the basis for building a detailed plan and starting the construction of the urban area, contributing to the systematic development of Lang Son city, which would become increasingly civilized and modern in accordance with the general planning. At the same time, it would create a premise to attract strategic investors to participate in infrastructure and urban development in Lang Son city.

At the signing ceremony, Mau Son Sun Co., Ltd committed to finance the entire cost of making the subdivision planning project of the Na Chuong – Binh Cam ecological urban area with the rate of 1:2,000; The TMG Vietnam Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company and Indochina Geotechnical Consulting Joint Stock Company which is the unit implementing the project planning committed to implementing it on schedule, ensuring quality.

The total cost estimate of the subdivision planning project of the Na Chuong – Binh Cam ecological urban area is more than 4.6 billion VND. After the signing ceremony, the units will carry out work to complete the planned product within 9 months.
